MASW St. Louis Chapter's 2014 Annual Awards Dinner Wrap-Up

Over 120 people attended the dinner which was held on May 28th at Il Monastero on St. Louis University's Campus.

Keynote Speaker: Teka Childress, from St. Louis Homeless Winter Outreach spoke about the problem of homelessness in the USA. She talked about it is a problem that can be solved. She spoke eloquently about ways we can help.

Medicaid Expansion Update on August 9th.  It was a training on how to testify at the Medicaid Expansion Hearing. The Speakers were Margaret Donnelly, former head of Missouri's Department of Health and Senior Services and current professor at St. Louis University School of Law  and Michelle Trupiano, director of the Missouri Medicaid Coalition.
We had over 100 people in attendance!
